After being harassed by a salesman at Ashley Furniture this was a amazing change in pace.
Justin greeted us when we walked in and said if we needed anything to let him know. He allowed us to browse for as long as we needed until we needed him and when we did he assisted us easily and helped us get what we needed.
Overall an amazing experience and an amazing selection. I'd definitely recommend Furniture Row to others just based off the experience with Justin.

I’ve been buying furniture from Furniture Row for years and they never disappoint! Great quality for the price and outstanding customer service. I bought a gorgeous leather living room set and our cats are obsessed with the ottomans, so we decided to get another one when we were visiting my in-laws in New Mexico. Their cats love the ottoman too, and now my in-laws won’t let us take it, so we had to get another ottoman, this time from the Waco store, that we will pick up when we get back in town. People and pets approve!
