Stopped in on the Wednesday before Christmas around 2pm. We were told they close in 5 minutes. Didn't see a sign posted about the hours. The guy never smiled and was short and cold. We bought Christmas presents but would have spent more. He made us feel like we were bothering him. Glad the other businesses in the area were not like that. Merry Christmas!

The store located on west loop 340 sucks I was not allowed to get my pre ordered game on release date I called another location and they allowed it but I couldn't get one because of stock

They always have a great attitude when you walk in and eager to assist. It's not like the other games stores where you have to hunt someone down for help, they also have awesome deals in the store. Most Definitely will be my game store from now on

Everytime we go to this store it is so musty and stinky. They do not seem to have things I stock either. We have started going to other games stores instead.

Did a pick up order online for a controller. I hadn't recieve the email yet stating my order was ready, but me and my son were out running errands and stopped to see if we could pick up the controller. The person was able to help us and we were able to pick up our order. He was happy to help us, and I appreciate his kindness.

Gamestop is a joke. This review is left as a straw that broke the camels back type of vent - what finally drove me to leave a 1 star review is that I had pre-ordered the newest pokémon game and upon placing said order had asked about bonus offers at the store level, they let me know it included an enamel pin set. Wonderful! Other businesses had pre-order bonus too but I like pins. However on day of pickup I was told supply had run out. Well... Why is that? They knew how many copies of the game were pre-ordered at that location, no? I paid them for the deal that included the pins, but I didn't receive the pins. I know they're a free add on, but it is still part of the purchase. I don't get how they could run out if they had a hard count of how many they needed to order. I will not be doing business any longer with this, or any gamestop or affiliated location

The guy was absolutely no help, he didn't greet us and we were the only people in there, he was to busy playing on his for and listening to music or whatever. We asked him if they had what we were looking for and he bashed his own store and website. Unprofessional won't be going to that location again (Centeral Texas Marketplace). Don't know the guys name but he was the only worker there at 11:30am on October 18th, 2022 to help narrow down who it might've been.

I'm giving you five stars because I'm not a j**** but you sold me a broken ps4 pro that shuts off at random (and has since the day I got it). At least 5x an hour. I was given it in February and I believe it has shut off enough times at this point that I need to vent my frustration via this completely-unfair-to-business-owners-app. If something costs as much as a ps4 pro in this dang economy, you should be making sure they're functioning before reselling them. Not cool, my dudes.

I called to ask a few simple questions and one of the employees James answered and was very thorough but in a rude way on purpose I am a petite woman who has a very soft spoken high pitch voice so I sound young, when I asked him about selling items to their store he interrupted me and said you need a valid ID and you need to be at least 18 years of age okay, so I just said okay thank you and he said okay yeah scoffs and says have a good one very rudely or just plain doesn’t want to be there or doesn’t like his job or maybe angry? Either way he was very rude. Again his name is James.
