Owner & host were so polite & helpful ,house was in good condition & clean, we understood to clean up after ourselves with no problem . This place is kid friendly & we enjoyed our visit for rental . Thank you Waco neighbor house!

Spacious and affordable place for events and gatherings. Nothing fancy but the lady that did the tour was very friendly. Loved the kitchen and outdoor space.

We Loved it! This was a great place to have our meeting. The home was very spacious and had many rooms with different setups for meetings/ training/ hanging out/ events.
