I just got a great haircut from Kathy at GreatClips on Hewitt Dr (West). She listened and did exactly what I asked. I don’t know why I’ve been paying expensive salon prices all these years!

Very disappointed with the rude behavior of the staff. They should be properly trained about how to talk and respond to customers.

I honestly wish if they weren’t comfortable doing kid’s cuts they would just say so instead of doing a bad job. I showed a picture of what my kid’s hair was like before and she gave a sloppy bowl cut in the front (not how it was supposed to be) with some random hairs still super long, and almost staircase look over one ear and the other ear still has long hair covering it and the back is not at all even. She asked if I wanted it shorter and I asked her to just stop cutting so I can take him somewhere else to get it fixed. And $19 for a bad haircut - not at all impressed!

Excellent service and staff but extremely dissatisfied with leadership as they have increased pricing from $14.99 to $21.99 plus they are now charging $12 for a hard-part; which is absurd. Thus I opted to not get what I wanted only to be able to provide a tip to the hair dresser, leaving me unsatisfied with my haircut. I used to tip $15 on a $15 hair cut and now I’m only tipping $9 for less service. I’d like to see leadership review this awful policy change or explain how exactly tariffs caused this... I feel awful for the hair dressers because the price increase is impacting their livelihoods directly.
