Called and talked to Dave the service rep on the phone, did a quick trouble shoot, once I got my car started, service department was able to squeeze my car in same day and pick up the next morning.

I’ve had consistently good experiences with this service department at Greg May. The staff is professional, communicates clearly, and the work has been done correctly and on time. I was a bit surprised that the next day after my last service, I had to call AAA due to being stranded because of a bad battery. I assumed tthat would be something caught during their routine multi-point inspection. Nevertheless, while no place is perfect, they’ve been reliable overall and I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here.

This was an awesome dealership . Everyone was so nice! They had so many awesome vehicles it was hard to choose. But I chose the Hyundai Tucson and I love it. I discovered today it has heated seats and a CD player . It also has CarPlay and everything I never had in an SUV . I highly recommend this place to buy a vehicle.

My car was shimmying everytime I touched my brakes. Front rotors replaced under warranty, I just paid labor & new brake pads. I waited at site, job completed swiftly and I am back in the road, no shimmying, and safe. Thumbs up!

NO GAMES !!! Best car shopping experience in eight years. In the last eight years I've purchased five vehicles, and have travelled almost the entirety of Texas. You can read my previous reviews in regards to these interactions. From the moment JR answered the phone I knew that this is who we were going to work with, and that Greg May Honda was going to be the dealership we purchased from. I called about 10:30 in the morning and JR answered the phone. I asked for an OTD (Out The Door price), JR asked for which vehicle I was interested in. Within three minutes I had a number. There were no, Do you have a trade in? What monthly payments you looking for. There was no four square going on. Do yourselves a favor and look that up.
JR greeted us at the door and had a vehicle ready and clean to be test driven. Absolutely ZERO pressure. JR stepped away and allowed plenty of space for my daughter and her family to make a confident, assured, NON PRESSURED decision. JR even went out of his way to save us more on our deal. Yes, I said, he asked if he could try to save us more, and he did.
Mr. John Hunt also went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter's purchase was easy, fast, and most importantly TRANSPARENT. She works overnights and she had not a chance to sleep. Seeing our situation, Mr. Hunt had us seated, signed, followed by a box of chocolates, her key fobs and a very sincere smile of happiness from both JR and Mr. Hunt, within 30 to maybe 45 minutes.
I truly and sincerely hope that everyone's first or any vehicle purchase goes as smoothly, easily and gimmick free as this experience was. If you're looking for a Honda see JR at Greg May Honda in Waco, TX.

Awful service I bought a brand new civic and was offered a one time service treatment for the year. I'm being told all this work arounds to that they can avoid working on it. When a client is spending nearly 30k on a car try to treat them in a way that they want to do business with you again.
