I'm giving this shop 5 stars because they took the time to look at my nephews car. While following my nephew from Dallas, to move into his college dorm in San Antonio, his car ran hot. We stopped at one auto shop that told us they would be closing at 3:30 and couldn't look at his car. It was 1 o'clock! I googled and found this place. I asked the guy if he would just take a look and tell us something. He said he was also closing at 3:30 but would look at it. Unlike the other place that had at least 5 guys not busy, there was only 2 guys and 1 little boy in training at GTO. The guy looked at the car and told us the problem. He gave my nephew a jug of water to help him make it to S.A. If you live in the area and need work done on your car, please consider this business?

My 2008 Chevy equinox is there now I had it at another shop he had it for a month talking about he don’t know what’s wrong took it to brought it here found out the other mechanic broke my brand new started they replaced now they trying to find my computer harness love them they are great

I cannot say enough good things about GTO Auto Service and Daniel. We were in a tough spot when our Porsche broke down during a road trip. Being far from home and without many options, we were so lucky to have found Daniel. He was fantastic at diagnosing the issue and quickly determined what parts were needed. Since it was a European car, he went above and beyond by personally driving all the way to Austin to get the parts to expedite the process.
Although the parts took a few days to arrive, Daniel made everything as seamless as possible. We had to rent a car to continue our trip, but Daniel kept us updated every step of the way and ensured that everything was resolved perfectly. By the time we returned from our trip, our car was ready to go.
Daniel was super honest, professional, and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road quickly. His dedication and customer service were second to none. If you’re ever in need of reliable auto service, especially for a European car, I highly recommend GTO Auto Service. Thank you, Daniel, for saving the day!
