“I’ve been a customer for over 7 years now. If you want somewhere with lots of flashy fancy stuff on the shelves, this isn’t it. But if you want somewhere with great customer service that can order anything you want as well as help if you have a problem, this is top notch. Friendly people, great customer service!”

“I’ve been into Fun Guns several times now, and after multiple experiences with them, they’ve become my go-to gun shop. Every time I’ve been in, the staff has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Zach in particular has spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing different firearms, trade possibilities, ordering options, and what would actually work best for what I was trying to accomplish. What I appreciate most is that I’ve never felt pressured into buying something. The emphasis has always seemed to be on helping me make the right decision rather than simply making a sale. That included working with me through the process of getting my SIG Sauer P365-DH3 AXG, which has become one of my favorite firearms. I also appreciate that Fun Guns understands and respects older firearms. I brought up an old bolt-action shotgun I own, and instead of treating it like some obsolete piece nobody would want, they knew exactly what it was, understood that there are people interested in firearms like it, and had even recently sold something similar. That told me a lot about the knowledge and attitude of the people behind the counter. Good gun shops sell guns. Great gun shops build relationships with their customers and earn their trust. Fun Guns has earned mine. Whether I’m looking at a purchase, trade, transfer, special order, or just need knowledgeable advice, this is the first place I think of. Five stars, without hesitation.”

“Chris Holder, in the camping department, in Waco, made my day! Great customer service skills, very knowledgable about the products, listened intently to my questions. Best customer service rep that I have spoken to in years (all other business included!) I also spoke with his manager, Penny Lane, who had great customer service skills, too! I also gave kudos to Cabella's since their name brands are all still made in the USA!!! Keep up the great job!”

“Walked in and was immediately greeted and offered assistance by a young gentleman who answered all my questions about several firearms. An older gentleman helped as well. Clean store, decent prices and a great selection of new and used firearms.”

“This is the greatest gun store I have ever been to. Their customer service is fantastic. They worked with me for over a half hour just to help me find magazines for a rifle of mine that is no longer made. Their level of knowledge is incredible. This is my new favorite place.”
