“Underground Performance Gym is an incredible place to train. The owners are top-notch, the equipment is great, and the environment is motivating for anyone looking to improve their strength and fitness. You can tell the trainers genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, this gym will push you to the next level. Highly recommend! 💪”
“Great junior tennis teaching staff. They are very knowledgeable with technical aspects of the game, and they make group drills fun and competitive. Also love how they integrate strength and conditioning into every group session.”
“If they would leave me alone and let me swim with my kid we would give this a 5 startup there is a few people there that are judgy.
Edit : the issue was resolved”
“I’m a new member to this studio, but I just love it. It’s super challenging for me, but the staff and coaches are so helpful and they give me the encouragement I need to keep going. I feel sure that after a few months Orange Theory is going to have me in the best shape I have been in for a really long time!!! I always feel so accomplished after class!”
“Integrity Strength & Conditioning is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The people here are just good folks — friendly, genuine, and always willing to help. It’s not one of those packed, high-intensity places where you feel out of place or rushed. It’s a smaller, tight-knit group that makes working out feel like something you actually want to do. Everyone encourages each other, and that’s what keeps you coming back. If you’re looking for a gym with real people and a great vibe, this is the one.”

“The Highlands Gym is the best place in the area to work on any kind of strength training or bodybuilding. Great people; always a fantastic experience interacting with the staff. Would recommend to anyone.”
“What an awesome find on our drive across the country. Great coach, great programming, and a welcoming/challenging group of athletes that made us feel right at home. Excited to be here for the week!!”
“Love this gym! Very calm and friendly gym environment. It's small, so you're not having to wait around for equipment or worry about there being a ton of people crowded around you (which I love!). Like I said, it's a smaller gym, so it doesn't have hundreds of machines, but it has all of the basics you need to get a really good workout in (squat rack, leg press, smith machine, nice dumbbells, cardio equipment, etc.). Gym is clean and everything is in good condition! I typically only have to share the gym with one or two other regulars + their trainer. Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly and accommodating; they are happy to share equipment and make sure they're not in your way or hindering your session at all! I love working out here and will be sad to leave. If I weren't moving, I'd train here forever.”

“LOVE the layout of Anytime Fitness! 🙌
Chelsea took great care of me and gave me the full grand tour — the space is clean, organized, and has everything you need for a solid workout.
One of my favorite things is being able to come in on my own time and stay consistent with my routine. Michael also offers personal training, which is a huge plus if you’re looking to level up your fitness.
Super grateful to have access to a gym like this — definitely looking forward to getting more workouts in here! Thanks AF! 🔥”
“One of the better gyms in Waco, a lot of good people and good community. Also they have the best trainers in Waco, I have been training with Matt Peppley and it’s been a game changer on my fitness journey. He has genuinely cared about me and my fitness goals, always pushing me to become a better version of myself.”

“Love the proximity to my house. The members are very friendly and it is not as crowded as Planet Fitness and Gold's gym. As someone who frequents the gym often, it is nice to not have to wait on guys to clear the squat racks. This gym has multiple racks, which makes it really convenient. Would recommend bringing a yoga mat to take advantage of the ab area! I also personally like to support a family business rather than national chains.”

“I lift here 4x week and it's excellent. As far as free weights, there are a bench press, incline bench press, power rack, 2nd smaller squat rack, dumbbells up to 120 lb, straight barbells, safety squat bar, trap bar, and some curl bars. Plenty of plates for all of it as well. Cable machines, there's a shoulder press, preacher curl, hack squat/lying squat machine, leg extension, leg curl, hip abduction, glute, seated curl, calf raises, pec deck, seated chest press, and the big cable tower with lat pulldown, seated rows, and 3 other attachment points for other cable work. There's also a yoga/ab room with plenty of mats, steps, plyo boxes, bands, jump ropes, etc. Cardio room has treadmills, ellipticals, Stairmaster, a recumbent bike, and several stationary bikes. Plenty of cleaning supplies, sweat towels, 2 bathrooms with showers, and the gym is always well kept. It helps do your part and pick something up if you happen to see it on the ground, I try to myself. I train powerlifting but I would not consider this a powerlifting gym, it's very accommodating for anyone. Everyone is always friendly. 24 hour access is nice, as I sometimes have to lift at very very early hours due to work. At $35/mo, it's hard to beat, especially if you're in the CS area.”
“Unlike the SLC, Russel is never crowded, which is its biggest selling point. But it is dirty (your knees get really dirty just doing lunges on their mats) and they are missing some of the basic necessities like a leg extension machine.”

“I have been a member for almost a month now and I have had the best experience at this gym. The girls are always super nice and helpful with scheduling sessions and helping me block off a spot for my guest each time I go, they always make you feel welcome and keep the gym nice and clean.”
“Planet Fitness provides an excellent, budget-friendly monthly membership option featuring a comprehensive selection of weight machines and dumbbells. The facility maintains high standards of cleanliness, as the courteous staff regularly sanitizes the equipment, restrooms, and common areas.
However, there are a few operational areas that require attention. The facility's water fountain frequently malfunctions, which leaves members without access to drinking water unless they purchase bottled beverages directly from the front desk. Furthermore, certain members routinely occupy multiple stations simultaneously—including benches, free weights, and machines—during peak operating hours. This practice inconveniences other gym-goers and is unfortunately neither monitored nor addressed by management.
Ultimately, given the highly competitive pricing, this location remains a commendable and accessible option for those seeking a straightforward fitness facility.”

“I recently started working out at Crunch in Waco. I have enjoyed the classes, especially Angela’s yoga class. She is such a great teacher! I also love Erica’s classes and her great energy. She is friendly and encouraging to all! I do some personal training, and my trainer Kim offers creative ways to work on my strength, stability and balance. I have enjoyed the accountability. I also love the hydro massage and red light therapy options. My only negatives are the weight room occasionally smells like weed, and they need to figure out how to make it cooler in some parts of the gym.”
“I recently jumped back into crossfit after about 5 years. Twin Bridges welcomed me with open arms. Workouts are designed for all fitness levels/abilities and knowledgeable coaching staff is icing on the cake. The gym itself is a phenomenal space and class sizes allow for critical feedback from coaches.”
