This HEB sucks & has bad customer service, my mother came to buy sum ground turkey expiration date was good but it was spoiled when we opened it, also I came & just bought a charger (didn't give me my receipt walked out went to car to see if it work on my phone it didn't so I walked right back in but they talking bout I couldnt recieve my refund due to me not having a receipt they did not give me

Very nice ,friendly employees. Fast service with almost no wait time. Medication was discounted cheaper on the HEB discount than if I used my Good RX coupon! Every dollar counts these days! Thanks HEB!

So the change they line to the pharmacy counter. After years of it going one way. I was second in line . When five people got in line behind the first in line. I realized the line was different. Everyone could see me standing there. So I wasn't concerned. One of the counter help ask me if I been help. I said this guy is next. So he went to counter got what he needed. And I stepped up to the counter. They made a big deal that I wasn't in line. The lady came in behind told them I was next. Then lady got loud and asked everyone in line if the had a proplem with going next. I'm a senior with heath issues. I dont need a Hassel about anything. And I don't need to be li treated like I had cut in line when they had seen me. And ask me if I been helped. They knew what happened.

I use this pharmacy for my elderly Mother's medications. She take several prescriptions and it's alot to manage. This pharmacy takes very good care of her medication needs. They are friendly, efficient, and usually have all her medications in stock. GREAT JOB HEB PHARMACY! Thanks!

This has always been my preferred pharmacy but one issue that really bothers me is how they are so restrictive on who they sell insulin syringes to. The only reason I mention it is because my nephew's blood sugar was so low one evening and I arrived to the pharmacy with his insulin bottle to prove that the need for syringes was for a true diabetic. The lady was so hesitant to assist me because of the issue involving a syringe, but to hurry and get me out the way, she said she would go ahead and sell me one bag of 10 syringes that one time only, but next time I would need the actual insulin prescription. I dont understand why they act like that since Walgreens and Walmart don't even question the situation at all.
