There are instances where employees take the time to personally fill a prescription even when the pharmacy is behind, demonstrating care for customers in need. However, some staff members can sometimes be slightly unpleasant and condescending, especially when there is confusion over dates or insurance information, which customers find annoying. While many experiences are positive, with sweet and dedicated service, there are occasional reports of errors and an unhelpful attitude during interactions. The pharmacy is noted for reliably having medications that other pharmacies run out of.
