HEB Wooded Acres Waco ,Alful they could care less about there customers I was one for most of my life moved close to south Valley Mills Dr.needed a med they had but refused to fill and Bellmead did so tell me why they have different rules that's not good ,I would have been really sick for days Thank you Jessica At Bellmead HEB, Wooded Acres is just alful.

I am sympathetic towards customer service workers, but staff here tend to be slightly unpleasant and condescending, even when they’re in the wrong. I called in to make sure my rx was scheduled to be filled, they told me it was due to be filled on the 12th I was confused because I knew I needed it at least a day before that. When I expressed this they said mater of factly “it was picked up last month on the 12th and we refill 2 days early, which is the 12th” and then went silent. If you’re going to speak as if I’m wrong, please get basic math correct. It threw me off so much I said thanks and hung up.
Not a huge deal, but there’s been other times where they got dates and insurance card numbers wrong and acted as if I was the one confused, which gets annoying.

Rosa was so amazing with helping me and making sure everything was done. My dog just got diagnosed with diabetes and it’s been traumatic for our family. Rosa has gone above and beyond with helping us with Barkleys medication and she just brings sunshine to our day!

Place is a joke. Today they told me it would be 25-40min to fill. So I wait and get back in line and then they say they can’t fill because it’s on back order.Don’t waste your time with them. Lost a customer today

Called to get my sons prescription transfered tried 2 times the whole thing took over 15 minutes to get no help. The first time a woman on the phone told me I can call back and hung up on me and on the second try another woman answered but didn't offer to call the pharmacy where my sons prescription was which is apparently well within their capabilities. After that I called Wal-Mart and they were able to resolve what HEB could not in less than a few minutes. The customer service needs desperate work here at this HEB Pharmacy. ???
