I loved this store till today . I asked the cashier for help to show me how to use the digital coupon and she was talking to me like I was stupid and getting irritated when I asked her for help Veronica R is what it says on my receipt. I'll be going to another heb from now on. If u dnt know how to do customer service, then maybe u shouldn't be working at a grocery store. And might i add every time I go, the cashiers are always talking about personal stuff like clubs and stuff they shouldn't be discussing in front of customers . It's irritating and has happened more than I can count on 2 hands. Management needs to do better at this store

Called to inquire whether they are have a certain prescription in stock. The lady said that all of Waco is back ordered and hung up.. called different H-E-B pharmacies and indeed they had multiple prescriptions in stock and I was able to fill out at a different H-E-B. Extremely rude customer service would not recommend I would rather go to wooden acres.

I love my H-E-B pharmacy in Bellmead. I don't even have to say who I am they already know me they're like family to me.

My daughter had a prescription sent there and no one knew what it was, had to wait over an hour after calling it in 3 hours prior everyone was looking at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about they couldn’t find the prescription I had to give them the name of the medication before they could find it. Omg service was the absolute WORSE TODAY…

The staff is not friendly. No smiles or greetings offered. I am going to petition my insurance company to get another pharmacy included as a preferred pharmacy so I don’t have to come here.

Went to pick up a medication a few days ago and after sitting in the drive trough line for 45 mins (only 3 cars in line) witch is typical for every heb pharmacy. I get my medication and the pharmacist who was supposed to tell me instructions and warnings about the medication instead stuttering over her words hardly able to get out a sentence says “you might want to drink a lot of water.” that’s it. she didn’t give me any instructions or warn me of any side effects now fast forward to today after 3 days of extreme nausea/vomiting and hives all over my body i find out through google the side effects. What’s the point in talking to a pharmacist if they don’t know what they’re doing? What if someone else had the same experience but a worse reaction and wasn’t lucky enough to have the knowledge to stop taking it? Extremely unprofessional.

The lady told me I was supposed to pick up my prescription today now I get there and they tell me it's going to be 2 more days and that I only get 30pills when I get 60. She had to ask for help and the other lady explained but that doesn't explain why they didn't tell me on the phone everything
