HGS was in a good location. It had security cameras all around plus locked gates. The lady in the office was there for all my needs and very nice. I would use them again if I ever need a storage unit.

Hgs is amazing. Best place to store your stuff in Waco. Easy in/out! Robin is awesome, best manager around! You're missing out if you rent from anyone else!

Nice facility; however, be aware that you will be charged for the entire month even if they are given a two weeks notice of move-out (required). We moved out on 7th (move out notice given the prior month for the 14th). They do not prorate the rent although they are free to rent that same space out again to a new tenant. Not a big deal but they might have mentioned this with the move out confirmation.
