Went into the Waco location today to purchase oil. I stood in front of a parts guy for close to 15 minutes and he just ignored me. That is first class customer service. They really need to work on customer service. I finally walked out and will drive to another location to purchase my oil and any future parts.

There pick up service sucks makes me want to go back to John deer. Waiting time for one part is ridicules.
