Went plant shopping. They have a great selection of herbs. Bought some sage, oregano and rosemary. Oh..... and some flowering plants. Enjoyed my shopping there. Everything was organized and they had good deals

Did the curbside and switch to doordash tell them not to substitute anything if it's out play substitute in any way then give me a refund I got a credit for doordash

It’s Home Depot, not much to say… cashiers are great! Very friendly. Just the other day I had the pleasure of meeting a cashier on his first day of work, you could tell he was nervous, he got stuck on the transaction before mine but he took it one step at a time, didn’t let the nerves get the better of him and he figured it out and for the second part it was bolts or nuts that I believe weren’t ringing up and he was not afraid to ask for help. His supervisor came, she had a bit of trouble with the item too but after a minute got it worked out!
Most of the cashiers at this location are pretty friendly but there is one or two bad apples.. regardless, Manny congratulations on doing a terrific job on your first day! Your customer service was top notch my friend 5 out of 5 for you! (Manny was written on his apron, but I assume his name be Emanuel).
That being said.. finding some help on the floor is no different than most locations, some employees will even avoid eye contact with you or say they will get someone to help you and 20 minutes later no one has shown up! But the staff that I’ve received help from have all been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
My kid very much enjoys the workshop they hold the first Saturday of the month and has made some friends from it, one of which has become a regular play date.
I do recommend this Home Depot.

I will stop shopping here! The arrogance from the employees is unreal, I miss the home depot from 10 years ago, when you actually got help, twice I've been told to leave the property because there is no space for my truck and trailer, I'm going to lowes from now on, thanks for nothing!

Customer service is great however you can never find a table top cart because of online orders. Purchasing more, may help. Not sure why management can't figure something so simple.

Customer service is so much better than Lowe's. I believe there's an atmosphere of bad morale at Lowe's & it always goes back to the leadership.

Maybe don’t follow paying customers around and accuse them of stealing. After this happened to me I put whatever I was buying down and left without paying. Probably won’t be coming back to this location unless I have to
