We have literally spent tens of thousands here while building our new home. We have had major issues getting our appliances. Still dont have them.. a full house of appliances. Not delivered. Home depot claims it isnt their fault. Then hire a better delivery service provider.
Today we were suppose to pick up underlayment for 1500sq ft of flooring. It didnt come in. Angain - not their fault. They had the same product in the store in a different sized roll at a cost of $400 more. I have installers in for the weekend that cannot come back.
Josie, the service desk manager, absolutely refused to give any kind of discount- no special buy, no pro desk, nothing. I refuse to shop this store again and hate that they have already gotten so much of our money.

This place has just about EVERYTHING you would need to fix, add to, or start a project. They're also really courteous, mindful, and respectful to customers that need help.

Absolutely disgusted by my experience there today. Apparently Home Depot employees don’t seem to have a problem being extremely rude and disrespectful to legally deaf retired Army veterans. My father was trying to ask for assistance and the older woman’s response was nothing short of infuriating.

Honestly this is one of the best Home Depot’s I’ve shopped at. Occasionally, like anywhere you run into something, but for the whole (like 99% of the time) I encounter great employees, service and products. I had a minor issue with my previous order and Josie at Customer Service went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but create a great customer service experience and have me leaving flipped from being a little inconvenienced/annoyed to feeling so thankful and happy that I shop at this HD where they not only take care of their customers and have friendly staff but create an environment of shopping loyalty.
I also shopped over in garden and was looking lost, did not ask for help but an associate saw me down an aisle and came to me … came TO ME… asking if I needed anything. I did a horrible job explaining but she took me right to what I needed. Time and again from their curbside pickup to the paint area lady who is always extra cheerful and throughout the store, again I’d say this is one of the best HDs I’ve shopped at. I commute between Dallas and Waco weekly and I have a Lowes slightly closer in Waco, but because of this service I usually make the effort to get my items here (from the Bellmead HD) over competitors or Dallas locations. Keep it up Bellmead HD. It’s rare but great the quality your store provides.

We went to buy a lawn mower and it was a bit of a chore but the 2 people that worked with us were just fantastic. They were over the top helpful and nice. Heather Alfred and Joseph Daniel's worked everything out, and we finally left with a mower! Thanks so very much, Heather and Joseph. You two, I can't say enough good things about.

I was in Home Depot this afternoon. Had my dog with me. I didn't get the ladies name that helped me, but I couldn't have found a nicer person to help me! Not only was she helpful but she was truly concerned about me! My dog is still young and she was a little unruly but I couldn't leave her home because her crate is in the room with the air conditioner! She got me a chair to sit in, looked up the code my ac unit was giving me. She went way beyond just helping me! I did get my ac unit working, thanks to her help. I know she will remember me. Please let her know how much I appreciated her help and her concern for me. If I had had the money I would have given her $100. because that's what she deserves and then some! Please please tell her how much I appreciated her. Thank you! June 3rd 2024!

Their items are always incorrectly marked, they leave the sheet rock so high you can’t even access it and good luck finding anyone to help you. They close off the bays and then sit back there and lean on forklift, joking and laughing.
