Places you should on hold for an hour until the call times out. No one answers. Worst experience. Ever since the beginning of the year, the IRS QUALITY HAD GONE TO CRAP. What is the point of the IRS. Should withhold taxes u lntil we can get a response?

And the nearest is Austin or Fort Worth.
