I’m over the moon happy with the service Elisabeth gave me at the James Avery Marketplace in Waco, Texas. I came in to exchange a ring for a smaller size and to have a charm put on my charm bracelet. I left after buying a ring with three hearts and went to a friend’s house. Before going to my brother’s house, I went back BECAUSE the service was sooo amazing and bought earrings with an infinity symbol and heart along with a matching necklace… AND a beautiful discontinued bee pendant with a gorgeous chain!!! I will definitely be back.

I stopped in here while working in Waco, to get my wife a necklace, and the staff was quick and attentive. I'm sad that I don't know remember names, but I dealt with two separate ladies and they were equally helpful.
As far as the inventory, at first I was underwhelmed (only in the category in which I was looking), but then, like so many other things in my life right now, God showed me why I stopped there in the first place and I found IT...the perfect, full stop, no brainer, necklace.
More importantly, when she saw it, it was clear she felt the same.

I love the charm bracelet that the love of my life got me 1.5 yrs ago. The charms are the best and exciting to see the other charms that I get to be additional to what I have already. It’s a must have
