Toyota of Waco a/k/a Jeff Hunter Toyota is without a doubt the best vehicle dealership I've ever dealt with in my 40+ years of car buying and servicing! And most important to me is their Service Department. They're honest, very professional, and very knowledgeable. My Service Writer, Mr. David Sparkman, is wonderful. And the mechanics are top notch and provide the customer with a narrated video of their findings and recommendations so you can see first-hand both the positives and recommended service specific to your vehicle. And the pricing is very reasonable. The waiting room is very comfortable and free water and donuts are provided. When you check out you're treated very respectfully and nicely. I'd like to commend Ms. Cassara Tobias, who is always very courteous and helpful when I check out. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to be a repeat customer for all my automotive needs!!!

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I ever had. Tracey took care of providing us with the best experience buying a vehicle in a dealership. She manage to do everything remotely and added free vehicle delivery for us. I'm very happy with the customer service provided by this dealership.

Alex Johnson was my salesman and he was awesome at his job, he never pressured me or made me feel like I had to buy the car I was looking at. He was so informative and helpful, it was the easiest and best time I've ever bought a car. I am a Toyota person, this my 4th camary, but my first hybrid. Thank you Alex for an enjoyable experience!!

Don’t buy a Toyota in Waco!!!
Had an 0830 appointment, was told three hours. It is now 1100, I was told it will not be done til the end of the day!!!
I will not be getting service here again!!!
I’m looking for a new car and just scratched Toyota off the list…..

I like to bring this to your attention. Donovan is an absolutely wonderful person he helped me he explained everything in detail even stuff that I didn't ask about which that was helpful. He went far and above expectation. I highly recommend this gentleman. Very kind very nice very polite you don't see that in many people nowadays. Especially the younger generations. Thanks again.

We bought a used Sequoia from Chris Gatlin and the folks at Jeff Hunter Toyota in Waco. They could not have been more helpful, they fed us brisket tacos, and put our family in a great vehicle that has been wonderful so far. I’m from La Grange and it was worth the drive to work with good people. Highly recommend!!

Everyone from this dealership were nice, helpful, and easy to work with on a great deal for the car that I purchased. They had very transparent pricing which I liked most about them. Not at any time of my purchase did I feel as I was being taking an advantage of. From what I can tell, they are honest people.

I had an excellent experience leasing my new truck here. Tracy, Mike, and everyone else were super helpful in making sure I understood everything and were able to answer all of my questions. They were able to get me such a good deal that other dealerships were left speechless when I told them! This was my first time driving a Toyota but I will certainly be going back here for more in the future.
