“Finally I have found an honest, expert jeweler! Mr. Cox fixed 3 of my rings and I am extremely pleased with the results!! My wedding ring diamond had come off after 25 years. The prongs were worn down and he replaced them and the diamond. He replaced a small diamond in my diamond cluster cocktail ring and he increased the size of my college ring. “Debbie is amazing she's a very hard worker she's always helping customers one the floor or behind the counter she sometimes gets overwhelmed because she's the only one upfront because don't know where the other workers are. It will be past 10 minutes and don't see other workers around. They need more workers on the floor. I've seen customers walk out because of this.”

“I had a problem with my Roxlex Presidential watch. It would not stay on my wrist if I moved my arm quickly. One Rolex Authorized facility quoted me $7,000 to fix the problem. Another wanted $5,500 for a used band. I took a chance and went to Boozer's today and showed them the watch. They took it and within 10 minutes fixed the problem. When I asked them how much I owed them they said there was no charge. When I tried to give the lady some money because I was so happy with their service she graciously declined. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. They have a wonderful store and I highly recommend them for their expertise and commitment to customer service.”

“They are more fair then most pawn shops, they offer about the same of any other and the people there are always nice, besides a lady that I won't mention, just seems to be shes always irritable and if you asked her for help she would act like you were bothering her or annoying her. She is not a people person at all and needs to be working in a cubical or at a desk somewhere where she doesn't interact with anyone. Anyway, besides that you have great team working there and never a negative experience going inside, also they give you plenty of of time to claim or extend your item if you forget about it or don't have the money on the day it is due. They give you a good leeway on your item which has saved me numerous times”

“TLDR: San Jose Jewelers do amazing work with their gorgeous jewelry and ensure that each and every single client have a fantastic experience. Cel, Jeff, and Raul are maestros in their work. We will be coming back.My sisters and I have all bought our graduation rings from San Jose Jewelers. The process is super easy and they are very flexible on payments. They have a variety of different styles to choose from and you can modify or create a ring idea from scratch. This flexibility and their superb costumer service is why we have purchased 3 graduation rings from San Jose Jewelers.It was unfortunate that we had some slight issues with 2 of the rings. I wear mine daily, and due to this, the customized seal popped off from the extreme wear (I never take it off and I play sports with it on). Additionally, one of my sisters had a reaction from her beautiful ring due to her sensitive skin. This is super rare but it can happen. Because we now had 2 rings that needed looking at we made the trip down to Waco to see what they could do.When we arrived at SJJ, the friendly staff assisted us right away. Cel was able to hear our concerns and understand what was going on, he got right to work. SJJ have some sort of Lifetime Customer Satisfaction warranty, so if there’s something wrong, they will do what ever they can to leave the showroom happy. You can also call them and they are always helpful.My ring was able to get fixed in less than 20 minutes. The seal was added and ensured that it would not be popping off again. My sisters ring was more complicated than that, after Cel asked us a couple of questions, he was able to narrow down why my sisters skin was reacting to their ring. The staff at SJJ could have just bathed the ring in a bath that would make it hypoallergenic, however, since this would only be a temporary fix they wanted to ensure that we would not encounter this problem. Cel was able to speak to Jeff who gave us several options on how to move forward. We were able to leave with 2 rings fixed and 3 clean sparkling rings on our way back home. The jeweler , Raul, was able to do a fantastic job and had us out the door to get back home in no time.There’s no double that SJJ stands by their word and they do the impossible to make their clients happy. There is still 2 who are on their way to graduation, and we will 100% becoming back to get their rings from San Jose Jewelers.”
