Extremely disappointed with the service I received. A technician came out in January to repair my refrigerator, and four months later, it's still unresolved. I had to constantly follow up just to get updates—only to find out the original part was unavailable, causing more delays and increased costs. Calls and voicemails in March and April were not responded to, and communication was consistently poor. The owner was unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and never once offered an apology or a solution to the issue. When I requested a full refund—previously promised by office staff—it was refused. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, or basic customer service.

JMR appliance repair was top notch! Jon came during the time frame I was giving, diagnosised the problem, fixed the problem, and was able to educate us on a few things! The technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the repair that needed to be done on my Whirlpool dryer. An added bonus was he had the necessary part with him, so my dryer was ready to go when he left.

They came out once and fixed an issue with our dishwasher and two weeks later it broke again. Apparently it’s something else, but I can’t get them to call me back. So call them if you don’t want a return call.

Called for an appointment. No one answered so I left a message. They called back next day and made an appointment for four days later. Person on the phone said they would call me the morning of the appointment to share arrival window. No one called. I called twice and left message looking for arrival info. They never called back.

Ben has been amazing. He diagnosed our problem as the main control board. The problem persisted so Ben replaced the touch screen board. The power kept turning on and off so Ben replaced the power center board. I think it is now fixed. Our only cost was for the original main board replacement.
