Although I didn't go in for me it wasn't a bad experience. I'm not much of a fabric guy, but my fiancé was buying materials to make a few baby blankets. The store was neat, clean, and organized. I spent roughly about 30-40 minutes here and I certainly wasn't bored. All the employees were super friendly, talkative, and went out of their way to try and help if needed. Would definitely recommend if you need anything fabric related.

Website said 40% off all outdoor fabric on Sunday morning. In store all were marked 20%. Cashier said on line only for 40%. Who the F%&K orders fabric on line.

I found all of the plastic storage containers that I was looking for. I went in today looking for a Halloween item for a wreath I want to make. I am to late. Maybe next year. Lol.

I love how everything is arranged. You can easily find the type of fabric you want. And the staff was available to cut the fabric quickly. I was in and out quickly. They were very friendly.

Came here to get fabric to prep for a residence hall event with Baylor campus, and the staff was so kind in helping me! I had about 8 different fabrics, which meant my project took a while, and I felt so bad for holding people up. But they were so sweet and quick about getting my fabric cut in a timely manner! Morgan who works there is a sweetheart and we chatted up a bunch while cutting fabric. She helped me save a bunch too with my project. Friendly staff and love that there's actually a fabric place in waco. Shame on Micheals and Walmart for not having fabric

Good typical Joann Fabrics for crafting supplies. I plan to continue using the store.\\n\\nHowever, they are not nearly as friendly or as helpful as others I've been in or as this store was when we first moved here. Last time I was in there were several people waiting and a complicated return/order in progress with only one cashier. When I asked politely if they could please call another cashier she said \\\"I'm not supposed to until the line is to the soda machine\\\" so people having to wait wasn't the criteria?? (She did call another cashier but wasn't happy about it). They seem to have stopped asking about/suggesting coupons and military discounts at the register as well which is odd.\\n\\nI have also had issues the last two times with fabric that is not cut straight - usually not a huge issue but when you're quilting exactness counts (yes I know - always buy more but that's not really the point). Take your time and be precise!\\n\\nAs I said I will continue to use the store but hope they make improvements to customer service.

Terrible terrible store to go to. The manager christy was incredibly rude to me and my girlfriend, when we asked her for help to find stuff(my first time there) she told us to "figure it yourselves, you're big girls" then looked my gf up and down..horrible horrible place to go to. My girlfriend had said that's not the first time she's said something like that to her (she's been before and had a bad interaction with that woman) honestly don't understand how you can have such a nasty person as manager.
