Went in for a check up on a diamond necklace that I have to do every 6 months for the warranty and the people who work here are very rude never asked me for my information. Complaining to me they can't wash it. I was going to buy a watch but with the terrible attitude they had I'll buy one someplace else.

Beautiful ring but before purchasing I asked if It could be engrave and two workers told me yes come a week later I pick it up and they're telling me they can't funny they tell you whatever they want to make a sell

Turned away at the door. This establishment does not allow for the carrying of firearms on premise pursuant to 30.06 and 30.07. I recommend you vote with your wallet and take your money elsewhere. Support your local businesses.

I got my wedding ring soldered together. And I waited for it longer than expected which was fine. But I didn’t expect to get my ring and it not be completely even. There is a gap in between my wedding band and my engagement ring. And it’s only on one side so it doesn’t even look right. Really disappointed.
