Ken Baker Services worked customers in on a day where they were already full in order to deal with a problem that needed immediate attention. As always over the years, they stayed in touch, came when promised, completed the work efficiently and did it for their normal reasonable charge. They are courteous, professional and reliable and do excellent work. They kept their appointments and kept customers informed of the status of arrival. The technician was knowledgable and kept the laundry room clean. The problem was resolved, the diagnosis fee was reasonable and they accept checks or credit cards. The serviceman was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them. Additionally, he took the time to explain how and why the refrigerator broke and what he had to do to fix the problem. Very professional. Always a pleasure to work with. No long drawn out telephone menus. If the phone is not answered, leaving a message will result in a quick and courteous call back. They aren’t part swappers until it’s fixed. They diligently diagnose the problem and correct it.
