Ive been a fan of Kendra Scott’s designs for years, and I’m thrilled with her new collections, especially the ones that celebrate Texas and everything we love about our state! The Demi-fine jewelry line is exceptional in quality, and I absolutely adore my ‘Y’all’ necklace. The Waco store is the perfect place to stop for inspiration, especially if you’re into jewelry stacking and want to see how pieces work together. Plus, don’t miss out on the fun photo ops — there’s a cowboy boot mural outside and a cozy couch inside, both great for snapping pics. It’s a perfect shopping stop for your weekend outings!

Went in to get a gift for my daughter for her 16th Birthday. Walked around looking for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed help. There was what looked to be only one person on the main floor and there was 3 others giggling in the back watching something on a phone. My suggestion is if you're going to be playing around while you should be helping customers close the door and turn the volume down. Went to James Avery instead. Very disappointed with the service that I was not given. They have lost my business.

My daughter and I were very pleased by our visit to Kendra Scott in Waco. We dropped in only 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening and were greeted by Brandy and Brea. Both ladies were knowledgeable and friendly. We were asked what the reason was for our visit and then briefed on all of the in-store promotions and which items would be included in the birthday discount. My daughter and I were given the time and space needed to browse but also felt free to ask questions anytime. Our experience was pleasant and we are very appreciative of the service we received!

Went in to shop. Found necklace that we liked. Asked to purchase. They went to the back and got one. Did not show it to us just put it in the bag. Did not think anything about it. Got home to find out they gave us a bracelet. Took it back and asked for the necklace. They were not surprised by the mixup like it happens a lot. They went to the back and came out and said they had none back there. Went to the one on display and got it, put it in the bag. Did not clean it. Did not even wipe it down. Guess I will use my cleaner to clean it.
