Kirkland's Home is a very clean and organized store that smells good. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and customer service is the best part. Employees are always nice, and products are beautiful. The store offers a lot to choose from, including candles, lamps, pictures, soaps, baskets, chairs, and pillows. It is pricey, targeting middle class Americans with a larger budget, but there are pretty decent sales days before and after Christmas and good Black Friday deals.

It's a cute store, but the best part is their customer service. The sales associate, Dylan, is very nice, helpful, and most of all very kind and outgoing. I had never been in the store but I'll be sure to make more trips just to buy from nice people like Dylan.

The store is pricey and clearly prices items targeting middle class Americans with a larger budget. That aside the employees are always nice and the products are always beautiful, they do have pretty decent sales days before Christmas and right after Christmas, I have also found some good black Friday deals here too.
