It is fabulous to know your banker by name. This is almost a lost touch of customer service. To be able to call and speak with a live person and be remembered by name is wonderful. Linkage Credit Union is an excellent choice for your banking needs. We have done business with them for over 15 years and they consistently treat us very well. The processes are easy to follow and the PERSONAL touch is great. Robyn is and has been wonderful to work with. Thank you so much and we look forward to many more years of continued business.

I can't say enough good things about this Credit Union. I have been with them for years. Very personable, they know me by name and I can always call on them if I need anything. They made getting a loan process even easier for me. I recommend Linkage to everyone I meet.

I have been banking with Mandy and her team at Linkage Credit Union for 16 years, and more than half of that time I lived in Austin. They have the best service top to bottom, everyone knows you by your first name, and there is never really a doubt that if you need help with anything, they will find a way to make sure it happens. I will always bank at Linkage Credit Union.

I guess they don't have partnership with others Credit Unions, so they would make a profit of $2.50 for each atm transaction.

If you're not a member of this credit union, you're truly missing out. Their customer service is impeccable, and they are personable. Unlike most banks and credit unions, they give back annually and celebrate their members in more ways than one. I love my credit union!!!

I've never been at a bank that will go above and beyond to help a customer and these guys and gals kill it over there. I have had 3 loans with linkage and I've always gotten a great interest rate I definitely recommend linkage and Robyn is a freaking guru when it comes to vehicles she will make sure you dont over pay!

I have use this Credit union for several different loans. Their customer service and friendliness is beyond compare. If you're looking for a financial institution with the feel of a hometown bank you have to talk to these people. Their entire staff is amazing

As a new customer, I went in to check out this bank. Patty was the one we met with. She was straight business, and helped us out with refinancing our camper. I feel a personal connection, and the business is fair.
