Beautiful dress, but way way too big on me and not “refundable”! And not easily altered do the construction of the dress… I specifically picked this one over the same dress in another site, because it said it was returnable. Well, it is exchangeable, but NOT refundable! Be careful. They are tricky!! I could have ordered the same dress cheaper, but chose Dress Outlet because it said I could return it! Oops, profit making is more
important then costumer service or satisfaction! I don spend this kind of $ on dresses. ever, so I’m just out $700! Read the fine print. Only two brands
are refundable, and mine wasn’t one of them!

I had a great experience at LOFT thanks to Natalie! She was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to help me pick out multiple outfits and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. There were so many great deals on clothes, and I was impressed by all the options for stylish, professional work attire. Natalie’s customer service was outstanding! She was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. I really appreciated her style advice and positive energy. Highly recommend!

You buy a item and don't return it within 30 days you loose value on the 31st day you go in for refund they give you what it is mark down to not what you paid for it.

The sorriest excuse for a retail clothing store I’ve ever seen. Rude staff who were chitchatting behind the counter and did not offer to help me, terrible selection, etc etc. I should’ve learned the last time I attempted to shop there that it was a waste of time. If possible, I would give zero stars. Do not recommend.

This store has gone down hill fast. They need to replace the management asap. I would hate for Waco to lose this store. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I have never had anyone address me when I'm in the store, unless I walk up to the counter to pay, and I have never had anyone offer to start me a dressing room. It's just not the "loft" experience I get when I go to other stores. It seems like this store is not aligned to the loft culture.
