I have horrible back pain so does my husband...Zora & Shawn knew exactly what I needed ...I had tried all these 4000 Dollar mattresses at mattress companies but who can afford that !!!! I'm a teacher lol Zora & Shawn know mattresses so well and what works best for each individual person and their needs they suggested The Dr Greene Jade - Firm Mattress it was invented by an orthopedic surgeon specially for people with back issues .. this was .. such an amazing affordable high quality comfortable mattress .. I ordered a King size came to my door in a small box ....and wow I couldn't believe how convenient...touch down folks the best mattress hands down that I have ever had in my entire life ... I had an amazing nights sleep and no back pain the next morning .. Thanks so much for your amazing customer Service guys .. Love my new heavenly mattress .. Furniture Outlet You are by far the best furniture store in Waco and I will always highly recommend you guys .. I have never been disappointed ever .. you do all you can to make your customers happy you did me Thank You :)

Ive always shopped here however I willno longer shop here or refer others to this place of business. Furnished basically my whole new house with them, however my daughters nightstand didn't have the matching handles and after waiting over a month and still given the wrong handles I asked for refund and the owners were beyond rude to me. When I went in for my refund I explained to the owners husband that I didn't appreciate how his wife conducted business over the phone with me when I expressed my issue about the handles. He then begins yelling at me after I explain I spent over $3900 in one month there and I would appreciate better customer service, he goes into a rant about he only made $100 profit as if I asked for something free or as if it was my fault for the handles not matching the dresser. He proceeds to yell and while giving my card to other worker for refund he is yelling at me to listen to him when I only asked for my refund, this guy even followed me out the door screaming at me as I left. I will he reporting them to the BBB!

Recently moved to the Waco area without a couch and spent quite a bit of time looking around trying to find the right living room set up. Zohra remembered me on my second visit and reminded me what I liked and didn't like initially. One couch was in stock and quickly delivered but during the wait for the second couch the manufacturer quit making it. Zohra felt badly about it and tried her best to make it work out for me. I really appreciated the delivery folks as well. I would shop there again.

Best furniture store in Waco. Locally owned & lowest prices in town. They have lots of furniture in stock but can order anything you want. I ordered a sectional and it came in the next day. A few weeks later, I purchased a beautiful dining table, great price, and it was delivered to my house that afternoon! And free delivery if you're in Waco! The delivery guys are awesome... so nice & professional. They are very careful with the furniture.

Hoky poky runaround, the owners and employee don't seem to interested in being helpful! After calling first we drove across town to look at a stove only to be told that no one could show us it at this time! I called first! Come on tell me while I'm on the phone. There address is wrong so we went 3 miles to the wrong place. Hmm could have mentioned that in the phone call as well! He answered the phone with a hello.. makes you wander if it's a buisness or a wrong number. I'm 25 min of waisted time we decided it's no wonder big box stores do so well. So lone little mom-and-pop's. Take a class in Business etiquette and customer care!

Very uncourteous owner, or employees, or both! They have changed their address, they don't update anything online so gps took us to the wrong one... they ask you to come and see what they have, then they tell you they're not available to show you at this time! We drove across town from their old location to their new one after talking to a guy twice on the phone to be told that he wasn't available and she would go in to see if we could look at a stove! Hokey pokey run around. If your time is worth anything skip the hassle and go somewhere where people want to do business
