I was not happy with the customer service I received. I dropped off an order for printing but wanted to see a copy of it before the entire job was printed to be sure the font would look correct. I was told by Larry Mackie that he would call the following week with a proof for me to approve. Two weeks later, after no communication from him or his staff, I called to find out the print job had been completed. When I saw the product, I was not happy with the font. If I had been given the opportunity to review the brochure at that time, I would have changed the font before the job was printed. Mr. Mackie would not reprint the job or give me a discount. I went ahead and paid for the brochures and took them but I will never use this printer again. The folding and cutting of the paper was sloppy as well.

I work from my home in Hewitt and I have been using Mackie's as a printer and supply store for more than 13 years. They have the greatest staff. If they don't have something I need they are happy to order it and it always comes in by the next day. I walk in the store and they all know my name and are ready to help. They have spoiled me from going to the big box stores in Waco. Going to Mackie's is like going to see an old friend. Their prices are great, as well. All businessess in Hewitt should be doing business with Mackie's.
