A Waco must do but overhyped in my opinion. We have been a handful of times and it's fun to stroll through and sight see if you love HGTV. However, everything is incredibly overpriced and can be very crowded especially in the small kiosk stores. There are lots of cute photo spots. There is a huge turn area for kids to play as well as a small baseball field.

Really do not understand the hype to this place. The area is pretty, and that's about it. All the food is overpriced food trucks, with limited seating. The bakery had a very long line that wasn't moving, so we didn't try and find out if it was good. Looking at the prices, likely good, but not worth the wait or price. The marketplace seemed like an overpriced place to find stuff you'd see in target, home goods, and other similar places. There is a large yard area kids can play in, but outside of that it's not really anything special.

Cool atmosphere, but why aren't the food trucks open? The bakery line was astronomical. This is my second time visiting the market and second time being completely underwhelmed. The novelty of the place is understandable, but if I wanted overpriced housewares I would go to Target. The grounds are well maintained and there was visible security, but not ideal if you're looking for some snacks. Mega chill vibes, but BYOS- bring your own snacks.

It was cute the mini specialty stores were too crowded. I loved the idea just a bit much. I absolutely loved the pieces she acquired.

AMAZING, AMAZING,AMAZING! Our family absolutely loved the variety of activities, areas to lounge, shopping and food!! The entire experience was so special and you could feel that they took their time to share their love through the little details. The activities area was wonderful to see all the kids playing together. Very friendly staff and really recommend all to visit!!

Can't thank the manager Sunshine enough! She helped when app not working and got me squared away for my birthday. Combine that with Alex and Ladarius at Chip's store and we were able to walk away with the item I had hoped for. High five for the three of them. Clutch team work!

We didn't get to go into the market it was closed for some reason. We walked around to the other stores, food trucks, coffee co, and played in the Katy ballpark. Each place that was added has some history to it. It was nice, relaxing and not too busy, but we went on a Friday after school started. I can imagine how busy it can get on the weekends. The strawberry lemonade was good. Things are a little pricey, but that was to be expected. Very nice place to visit.

Fun little area similar to a upscale farmers market. A lot of different food trucks. My personal food option is the sandwich shop delicious. Lots of families and fun. Seems like a busy place any day of the week.

Can't find enough positive descriptions to explain how awesome this place is, can't wait to bring family as I stopped in by myself to check it out and could have spent a few hours and only had a few minutes, just enough time to purchase a few things that the awesome staff informed me they would ship home for me as I didn't want to put in my suitcase on plane home. Keep up the great work all you who keep the place looking great.

All food trucks- if I wanted this I would've stayed home in Houston. My expectations was set high and was greatly disappointed. The food truck we ate from was alright. Long line for the Magnolia Bakery- not kidding a line wrapping around the bakery's building. Would've gotten 3 stars if they had more stuffed animals for babies-children ages. Variety to choose from other than the handmade skunks found in only one shop. This is a place for people/families who appreciates an upscale shopping. I was hoping for a lovely time and tried alot of effort to remain positive during my visit. Value- no admission fee to enter! Service- spoke to two employees, a cashier who was friendly and floor associate who was helpful. I will not return to Magnolia Silo's, it's not a place I like.

Living in Waco I love to go to Magnolia to just relax and walk around, eat & shop. I have purchased many items for my home there and love them. The store has changed though. There just isn't as much quality products any longer. More small souvenirs and such. The downstairs has mostly antiques that are very high priced. The last 4 times I've been there I haven't purchased anything except iced tea from a truck. I hope they get back to some nice decorating items that I've enjoyed in the past. Sorry Magnolia, just my opinion.

The market itself is pretty with a lot going on. We stopped in for the food trucks. A rainy day is not the best time to visit. Lots of cool outdoor activities to do while here!
