On the plus side, mail is secure, the staff is friendly.On the "room for improvement" side... You have to ask for the mail for each individual on the account, or you won't get it. My wife had a package sitting there for weeks because I only gave them my name when I went in. I have used private mail boxes for over a decade, and this is the first one where I needed to give both names rather than just the box number.Also, most mail services put a message in your box when a package comes in. Mail Plus doesn't do that, and it's frustrating. There's also no after hours mail drop, so we need to go elsewhere to send mail when the place isn't open.Until and unless this improves, I would recommend the UPS Store instead.

DHL authorized shipper... but will not accept pre-paid DHL labels (returns) because "they don't get paid for them and refuse to do them"
