Drew was our server. He did exceptional, consistently checking on us and very kind and friendly as well! Other employees there were very attentive and friendly, making the whole experience really nice for me and my family!

We were bowling for hour no service. A family came in after us and a server came straight to them. I just wanted a drink and was even offered by no staff member. Worst experience ever!

Lots of games, bit not really a place for 3 year.olds
The whole reason we were there was for a 3 year old. A bottle of water was 3 bucks!!!! A rippoff

We had our company annual holiday parting at this location this year and the atmosphere was nice and fun, but there was one bartender that was very rude and slow. Asking for ID’s every time someone came back for an alcoholic beverage after already having shown it (individuals well over 40) and only allowing people to purchase one drink at a time. For spending the amount of money we did it was disappointing. The other servers were all much friendlier and willing to make our evening enjoyable.

I have been to Main Event Waco several times since it has opened. Yesterday (11/12) was the 2nd time I ate at the restaurant. Food is OK. The game area is great/ staff at the bowling alley have always been great but every time I go to the bar, bar staff are distracted or really slow. The wait staff at the restaurant are always lacking. Yesterday after taking our order our waitress dipped out. Like literally left Main Event & apparently didn't ask anyone to check on us. So we never got refills or anything else we needed. I had to go to the bar myself to order another beer. When I got up to go to the bar I saw our waitress return with a bag of food (so apparently she left for lunch) It was a horrible experience to say the least. She was not friendly and could care less that we didn't have anyone wait on us while she was gone. My advise - go for the games but don't eat there!

I’m writing this as my fiancé and I are leaving at 10:40 pm. This has been the absolute worst experience. To begin the night we waited 30 minutes at the bar just to be able to order, ended up walking away because our bowling lane was ready, went to start bowling and waited for the entirety of our game just to find out that the waitress didn’t put our order in and pocketed my $20!! When we complained to another attendant, who rolled her eyes at us, she finally went to the bar to get our drinks. After bowling for about an hour we went to get another drink and couldn’t sit anywhere at the bar because it was so packed with actual trash and empty drinks and food. Played a few arcade games and tried to do the gravity attraction. There was no attendant but we found one that was harnessed and asked her when they would start back up again. She rolled her eyes and walked away without a word!!! Totally disappointed and not worth the money. Staff is RUDE and incompetent to say the least.

It was nice, they have good food options, just wish they would have had the icecream available and the ropes courses operating when I went. They have a lot of fun options such as bowling, video games, laser tag.

Our organization has facilities in more than 50 markets in Texas, and when approximately forty of us needed to gather in person for a five-hour meeting, Waco was chosen as the destination because of our central location. My family has hosted birthday and graduation parties at Main Event, and knowing how nice their establishment is, everyone agreed we could book their private event rooms for this business occasion. Needless to say, I wanted this to flow flawlessly and for my peers and superiors to have a wonderful experience. Main Event delivered customer service that seems hard to find in today's busy world. I told the local general manager, Michael, the degree to which his team was at least two steps ahead of every need I could even start to anticipate that we might have. Their IT capabilities were exceptional, the food was great, and the rooms were perfect. Moreover, the friendly and helpful attitudes of their team members were absolutely stellar. Thank you, Waco's Main Event team, for making our day exceptional!

Wait staff at Main Events kitchen are friendly. The menu isn't old folk friendly, but they're working on it. It's a very pleasant place to spend time. Praying they are blessed with more employees that enjoy working there. My son-in-law could use more people he can rely on. Blessings to them all.
