At this location 4300 West Waco drive the young lady that took care of us and our phone needs was absolutely exceptional she cared about our phone needs and very kind and very polite exceptional customer service would recommend anyone to her

I haven't been in a Metropcs store since the ice storm that hit Waco experience a few years back. However this location is the best and love my experience during my visit yesterday.

I leased an iPhone 14 Pro plus some accessories just to find months later 4 portable speakers were added to my leasing account without my approval nor did I recieve the portable speakers. I spoke with the rep at the store no help what so ever. Didn't even give me information to contact the store manager, had to call the 800 # to see what could be done. She was rude and basically told me the guy that did it had been fired. No resolution what so ever.Had to return to the store to ask for the managers contact information. Spoke with the manager said he would get back with me after the first call. Called him the following week, left a vm. Then made 3 additional attempts to contact him to recieve a status and 2.5 weeks later, no response.Filed complaint to issue an investigation with leasing company. Leasing company closed the investigation because this store provided a receipt of the purchase. I am now stuck with a bill of 600 dollars for items I didn't purchase, didn't want, and were never in my possession.Now filing a corporate complaint. I shouldn't be held responsible for items I never received.-----Update: I returned to the store and the manager over heard the explanation I gave to the representative. He was able to give me the items so I can return to the lending company. Returned the speakers. Now I have to wait on an approval by corporate to resolve this issue.------Update: This is still not resolved. 5 attempts later at bubbling up the urgent request to have leasing company higher-ups review and approve removal of these speakers (new, never used, still in its original packaging) from my account. Keep getting the run around. Now, my account is facing collections because I refuse to pay on items I never intended on leasing.Each time I call for a status, I have to repeat the entire series of incidents. This is ridiculous and absurd to deal with. I can't wait until they remove the fraudulent charges off of my account.Advice: Always review your receipts for accuracy and take a picture of it with your phone, so it's available in case you need it in the future.

I called up there just to ask a question about a phone promotion that is a huge lie online. And the lady literally cursed me out on the phone and hung up, I recorded the whole conversation and wanted to speak to a district manager but I called back and they say he doesn’t exist but I can come up there and talked to her manager that is definitely going to back her up, stay away from metro and definitely this store unless you want to get disrespected
