Man I will never go to this place again worst place ever. First I get there check in go to my room the bath tub was as filthy as the sidewalk outside so I take a pic and go to office get a room switch, go to that one leave and meet family and relax and get food come back about 11pm with food and could eat comfortably because off all the roaches everywhere we turned roaches was popping out so I get a refund and just came off more money for a better room. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!!!

I found a dead roach on the bed. Needs remodeled as well. Sink did not work. The room also had a fly problem. That would be room 116.

I’ve been here for 2 months no issues always have clean towels every day front desk is very nice and respectful no issues with my room I would recommend they always strive to fix any issue you may have

The room I was in had so much roaches and dead ones to and the restroom is so dirty it has mold and the room smells so bad that I had to buy me a face mask and the floor was dirty and the floor was coming up from the floor and just looks like it’s got destroyed and it’s like this place doesn’t care for its motel and the people in the main office are just on there phones playing games instead of cleaning or fixing up the rooms in general

I love this place, the staff is very nice, clean, and I love the way they have treated me and my large dogs, if you come to waco, please try this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Yes I did find cockroaches and yes there were cigarette holes in the sheets. I paid under 70 bucks for a 1 night stay and it was decent enough, didn't smell like cigarettes, and had a great location close to a few restaurants. I'd like to see better presentation in the future but it was fine. I wouldn't stay here more than one night. Adequate

I had a bad experience , the shower was very nasty I couldn’t even bath my baby and had to bath her in a small sink that was the whole point of me getting the room so I can get cleaned up
