Extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, and helpful. It’s no wonder she’s the Team Lead but at this pace, I’m expecting to see her promoted to General Manager over the entire store very soon. Thank you Megan!!!”

“Yesterday, I visited the store on Bosque where I encountered Cesar (Manager) and Cindy (sales staff) working in the Printing and Faxing Department. Despite all my frustration (that's putting it mildly): Pain from having Surgery; Anger and Stress from being given the run around from another business that should have taken care of my business weeks ago; and completely being overwhelmed and exhausted. They were wonderful! I want to Thank them again publicly for their Professional, Warm, and Caring attitude towards me. Cesar ( Mgr) calmed me and assured me I was in good hands.
