I live in assisted living here in Waco. Stacey and the staff at Omnicare have always met my needs. Excellent customer service, with explanations easy to understand, and prompt delivery service. I don't submit many reviews. This one, I felt necessary!

Update to the July, 2019 fiasco: My dad passed away November 20, 2019. Just received a collection voicemail from this inept organization. They state they've been sending the bill still owed from July of 2019 to an address my dad resided at 40 YEARS AGO. They state this was the address that was given to them when he moved into the assisted living community. Not only are they incompetent, they also lie. My next step is a complaint with the Texas Board of Pharmacy and the Federal Trade Commission. I'll also contact Adult Protection Service so they're aware of this organization cheating seniors.Prices much higher than walgreens. Received bill with outrageous amount. Customer service representative kept cutting my off and was rude. Do not do business with them. They say they are 'Not a preferred pharmacy, so prices will be higher.' They don't tell you this when you sign up.

I received a Notice of Data Breach letter in the mail May 12 of this year referencing a delivery box containing my medications was lose in transit by the delivery driver. There was not any medications called into this pharmacy scam company and therefore this letter is misleading and false. Beware of this company because all they want to do is scam senior citizens out of money. I am filing a complaint with the Texas Pharmacy Assoc.
