Today will be the 3rd time I’ve come in with an entire basket full of clothes that are either brand new that I just bought from them but they didn’t fit my child or clothes that have no stains ; perfect condition aside maybe some wrinkles. They offered me $2.90 for a shirt I bought from them for $10.00 and a pair of buccees name brand swing trunks. I just spent over $100 on clothes while waiting for my offer. And when I said I literally just bought most of the clothes in the basket 2 weeks ago and they just didn’t fit the lady shrugged her shoulders at me. This place is poorly ran. They seem to only want name brand items and offer extremely low prices.

A great place to find gently used kids clothes! The store is pretty tight when it comes to space, but they have so many great things!

The horrible customer service is enough to make me not come back to this place. I’ve been buying and selling from them for years, but I’m finally tired of being treated terribly and ignored. The women inside were awful and not helpful at all when I came in this week. I gave them LITERALLY 6 articles of clothing and they proceeded to tell me the wait was four hours? I get there’s other people in line, but I came in at 11 AM, and they’d only been open for an hour. There’s no way there’s four hours worth of clothes to look through that early in the day. Maybe if their 5-6 employees would stop chatting and actually do their job, it wouldn’t take so long. My friend went next door to Plato’s Closet and the wait was 10-20 minutes for two overflowing tubs. I took my clothes and left. I wanted better for this location since Waco doesn’t have many options, but I cannot honestly recall ever having a pleasant experience here. I will not support Once Upon a Child in Waco any longer.

I live closer to the Round Rock location
but I always go to this store. The management is top tier, the store is CLEAN, and much more to choose from. OUAC Waco, you’re the best!

Customer service was dreadful. Waited 3 hours for them to tell us they couldn’t buy most of the things we brought in even though it was in better condition than the items on the racks.

I love this place! But so do a lot of other people and sometimes they run out of things that I wish I owned for my children!
