Waco location. Guess it was just a off day. Got 3 chips and one bulleyes from recent trip. Argued w tech that windshield had not been repaired before. He only wanted to fix 3 spots. wouldn't touch/fix the one. Smh. Didnt know farmers had a 3 dings and its a windshield replacement. Not techs fault there. Had to refix one spot again so took longer but I was in no hurry. I've had great service here in the past thats why I came back.

Went into this place with a small chip smaller than a dime. It had been that way for months and I thought I’d get it fixed. 30 minutes later I had a crack that was well over 12 inches long and out a $500 deductible on my insurance. Not at all happy with this place. Should have gone with my gut and went to a real glass repair shop.
