Penelope’s is absolutely incredible. They are by far the best grooming service in Central Texas. They are so much more than “groomers”. They go over and beyond to take care of your pet , and I would highly recommend to anyone. They are amazing!!!

I highly recommend taking your pets here! I have three little ones, and they are always so good with them. They are so professional and very good about letting me know if anything concerns them about my pets. I could go on and on...

Absolutely tremendous service and amazing staff. They go above and beyond to give my dog the best grooming experience. I never walk out of there disappointed. Best in Waco hands down.
