Penelope’s is absolutely incredible. They are by far the best grooming service in Central Texas. They are so much more than “groomers”. They go over and beyond to take care of your pet , and I would highly recommend to anyone. They are amazing!!!

Ohhh no never again My Poppy was so traumatized when I picked her up and they did not even do a good job the laterally just washed her then then were saying I needed to pick her up right away

Penelope’s has provided excellent grooming and care for our standard golden doodle since his first puppy hygiene visit. We love their pet centered, thoughtful care and skill!

They did a fantastic job on our doodle, and to make it even better our pup went willingly! When we picked her up she was playing and happy. With previous groomers she would tuck her tail and not want to go, then would appear sad and traumatized when we picked her up, but not here! We're excited to have found a groomer that we and our dog are comfortable and happy with.

Great people who are very patient with my rescued chihuahua who had trouble some nails that needed to be trimmed down. They will be my go to place for my animals!

In a word EXCELLENT!!!!!! In several words I started taking my Shih Tzu Ripley to Penelope's and Liz does him every time and she does a fantastic job he's not nervous going in there in fact he gets a little excited going in there. They are so understanding caring and compassionate toward your fur baby I couldn't recommend a better grooming establishment to take your dog. Everyone there is professional and accommodating....Thanks to Liz and all the staff at Penelope's for making Ripley feel so special and doing such a great job on him.

I adopted my sweet Poppy from Fuzzy Friends last week and brought her to Penelope's for her first grooming. I felt very comfortable leaving my girl in their hands.The staff and groomers were amazing!! Poppy looks so cute!I'll definitely be a return customer and would recommend Penelope's to anyone.

Took my dog here for the first time to get groomed . Had to take him to the vet for an ear infection, they said he did not get groomed properly and he had to be on antibiotics for 2 weeks.

I just got my German Shepherd back from this groomer. I have never, ever seen such hideous work by anyone calling themselves a groomer. She is gouged up, trim uneven, feet and legs not trimmed. She has tufts of fur sticking out all over her body. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!!!!! I am stopping the payment for this (Ha! Ha!) service (Ha! Ha!) If I could give a star triple minus, I would!
