Don't go here. They will overcharge you and then mess up the service. when you go back to get it fixed they will make sure it takes as long as humanly possible to get your vehicle back to you. Calling corporate won't help either. They send the complaint back to the store manager who the complaint was about and he closes them immediately. Do yourself a favor and find.... I dunno, literally anyone BUT pep boys to do your service.

DO NOT come here. completely useless.... brought in my audi today with jingling/ squeaking noises coming from front tires. left it with them for a few hours. they didn't seem to find a noise... i'm not stupid. it's pretty loud with imperfections in the road. apparently three mechanics test drove it and didn't hear anything? okay whatever won't be coming back. got my car back, as i drive off i immediately hear the sound. i can't believe how unwilling people are to help others. do NOT come here.
