We purchased a Nylabone Puppy chew toy at your store on Wednesday June 12th. The chew toy caused her to have small amounts of blood in her stool. Please don't carry that product anymore and for people reading this... BEWARE!!!

I’ve lived in Waco now for 2 and 1/2 years and this whole time I’ve been shopping at pet supplies plus because I never have a good time at petsmart. I simply placed an order online and when I went to pick up my order I noticed something’s were missing. I asked the manager would she look over my stuff and she got snippy and said well the receipt is on the bag. I said yea I see but this isn't everything I paid for. As I tried to explain to her what was going on she kept getting loud with me cutting me off being veryyyyy rude. Any ways half of my order way sent to temple so I had to call temples location to cancel the order and it was just a lot to deal with. I absolutely hate petsmart. And will NEVERRRRRR GO BACK I will stick with my petsupplies plus

I’m sorry there is no rating lower than 1. After doing business with this store for years with our previous rescue and now our 10 year old Lab Max we needed him groomed. Took him in last week only to be told they wouldn’t let him be done because we didn’t have his shot record on us. Ok that’s fair. Had his shots updated and brought him back today only to be turned away again because he’s heart worm positive. He’s under treatment and the bath certainly won’t hurt him so to be refused for such a stupid reason is ridiculous. Will never spend another dollar in any pet smart anywhere anytime for anything. You people suck.

My dog and I always love to shop here the atmosphere is great there's all kinds of smells they have a wide variety of products so we get to look around we shop around the employees are so kind and friendly they always offer my puppetry and he always feels so welcome

Do not get your grooming done at this location. Samantha did a terrible job on our dogs haircut, left him with patches of hair all over his body. He was not only shaved naked all over his body, he was traumatized as well. We could sense how uncomfortable he was and just how unhappy he was. She treated him horribly, and was just as rude to us as she was him. I understand he is a difficult breed to cut but if she was unsure she should've told us. She cut his tail completely when we asked for a trim and didn't even touch his head or face and the chest and tummy area. We have went to Cambria at this location before and she was great, he looked good, he was happy and she said he was great. On our report card she said he was great, no issues but apparently that was a lie. When she called to let us know he was done she was rude and short with us. I understand he may have been "difficult" to cut since this is his second haircut ever but the attitude towards us and our dog was not okay. We filed a complaint with corporate and got a return call from candy. Well low and behold candy takes the groomers sides. She didn't even allow me to fully explain my complaint without piping in to tell me how horrible my dog was. When I asked why the report card said he did good, she had no answer on why Samantha lied to me. Candy had no concern for my complaint and just wanted to stand up for her groomers. DO NOT go here for your dogs grooming and if you have to DO NOT pick Samantha or you'll regret it.

This is a wonderful place to take your animal. Yes dogs are allowed.I needed a new set of tags for my dog and an employee help me out in less than a minute!Everything is well organized and intuitive.I was in and out in 6 minutes.I intend to take my dogs to be groomed so I observed the on-premise groomer and how she handled the animals.Great job all around at this store and I would definitely go back!
