Worst truck stop in America. I hate this is a fuel stop for my company. I stop here every morning around 2 to 3am and there is never fresh coffee. They expect you to walk up and ask to make the coffee as if I have time to wait for it. It’s a truck stop! It should always have coffee ready. Oan don’t get me started on the pumps that are always down. 0 stars for this shit if possible!

If the self-check won’t take your stained money neither will the girl at the register. She said the cash machine at the safe wouldn’t take it either. After that I just knew I had to buy my early AM coffee with it. Either you take legal US Tender or you don’t. A stained bill shouldn’t be such an inconvenience to the customer or the front line cashier. You get 5 stars anyway. The guy cleaning the showers and the bathrooms earned it. That plus I hope the cashier during the day gets to see a stained 5 in her drawer tomorrow morning.

BEWARE! Half their janky gas pumps don't work and I was there recently and tried to pay at a pump twice, and it kept coming back with an error. So, I switched to another pump. While pumping at that pump, I receive a fraud alert from my bank telling me that they had racked up a $150 pre-authorization hold on my bank account. When I asked the employees inside, they said, yeah, that's normal and that no one should play at the pump. Please drive elsewhere for gas. Never had this happen anywhere else in America before.

Stopped by to fill up on my way home from work as I had been shopping nearby. When I used the debit card reader it declined my card initially so I tried again. I noticed it had security tape on it and figured it was ok but still I got a bad vibe. The reader prompted for my PIN and after that prompted for my zip code which was really odd because I have never been prompted for both before. The transaction was declined again so I stuck with my gutt and left without filling up. A few minutes later I stopped again and got a fraud alert from my bank. The place had attempted to charge me $151.00! Of course I stated this was not authorized by me so my debit card has been cancelled. When I got home I called Pilot Flying J to report the issue and was told that this was a hold my BANK put on my card and it would have been released the next day. This is entirely not true. My bank never puts a hold of this extreme amount for any transactions. If it was authorized by my bank why did it trigger a fraud alert? Consumer beware.

This Truckstop has had some bad reviews in the past, but we came on a good day!
We were greeted as soon as we entered, even though I HATE the phrase “Welcome In”, it’s just seems like a lazy & insincere way to greet someone… but that’s just my opinion.
The cashier (older white lady) was friendly & helpful.
The Bathroom was clean & didn’t smell bad, so that’s a plus!
We ate at the Denny’s, were seated quickly & checked on through our meal.
The food was good & a fair price for the 55+ menu.
So over all no complaints like I read of other customers.
Keep up the good work Flying J/ Denny’s & hopefully one day your Positive reviews will out number the Negative reviews!

Nice clean hot showers with amazing water flow. Decent amount of truck parking. A lot reserved. But overall good. Stop, enough grass to walk the dogs all over. No problem

They have a rude employee that took a picture of my husband and I without our consent. I didn’t get his name but I know he was wearing a uniform so he was a mechanic and driving a grey truck. I expect to be approached kindly not with an aggravated tone.

No showers boys and girls or laundry better stop some where else if you want a shower or laundry done close due to remodeling
