I always receive a warm welcome upon entering the door of Sunflower Bank. Tracy Storall and Stephanie Hansen are always friendly and eager to help as well as the other staff. I highly recommend Sunflower Bank for all your banking needs.

Went to the bank because I was having issues with my bank card. They solved my problem within 5 mins. They were super friendly and polite as always. I would refer anyone to this bank.

If given the option would not even give 1 star. Ridiculous that they charge an $8 fee for cashing a check from their own bank.

I have been at this bank for years and always enjoyed it. I was from a small town and they were the only one that had free checking and stayed open past 4. Since I moved to Waco I've had nothing but friendly service from the ladies at this location. They even stayed open after I called saying I was on my way because I had forgotten that I HAD to deposit money in my account. After a long day I'm sure the last thing they wanted to do was wait on me as a result of my own poor memory and time management but I am so thankful they did!

OK for a bank. They can be kinda difficult with particulars. Common sense can be lacking in a lot of places. If your acct is not always plenty full... customer service can be less than helpful.
