Tell me you’d think differently if when the pants you try on have stains that look like didn’t person didn’t wear underwear for a month, and you do everything you can not to throw up right there in the store…
It’s to be expected, but at the same time. Shame on the people who even bought these to sell.

We had an awful experience at this Plato’s Closet location. We brought in brand new, name-brand shoes — including Vans and Under Armour — and were shocked to be offered just $4 per pair. These are not cheap brands, and the shoes were in pristine condition.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. We were treated with clear disrespect and attitude, as if we were an inconvenience to them. The whole interaction felt unfair and unprofessional.
If you’re considering bringing your items here, don’t bother. You’re better off donating them or selling through another platform that treats people — and their items — with the respect they deserve.

Rude employees always looks at my daughter's and I like we are nothing or they are stuck up and rolling eyes just walks in front of me doesn't say excuse me or anything no greeting bad customer service!

Give virtually nothing for even quality and name brands. Sell items with rainbows but turned away t shirts because the graphics contained 1776. Just absurd

Went to try on clothes and I had 7 shirts and a pair of shoes. The worker who gave me a dressing room told me the limit was six and that I needed to hang the extra on the back of the door. So I did, and I put the shoes right outside of the door. When I went to try on the last shirt, it was gone along with the pair of shoes. I found the shoes put back where I found them but I wasn’t able to find the shirt. They need to figure out a better system cause it really irritated me and wasted my time.

Took in a whole new bag of clothes look better then anything in the store all brand new wow what a waste just sell them online girl noted seems bias to me but ok because the clothes in the store look a mess!! Plus it also smells in there which lets you know they'll take ugly mildew clothes 🤣🫢like are y'all serious is this a joke my clothes look better then anything there I promise you good clothes good luck with this and if they do give you something 6 dollars 🤣last time going there pathetic

If I could give 0 stars I would, extremely rude worker, brought in over 10 pairs of lightly worn/brand new shoes & boots, she takes an hour to go through my shoes and only buys 3 pairs, should have just gone to Dallas with my shoes never again will I come back to this store anywhere. They are lowballers and the woman needs an attitude check.

Waited over 2 hours for an estimate on the clothes, was unable to reach anyone on phone and didn’t get any credit. There was a lot of name brand like Lululemon that they wouldn’t accept.

Nevermind the kids working there, scrolling tru the phones, just stuffed my clothes in my bin I brought for sale, and I brought them in neatly folded and in order. Smh, welcome to the Pepsi generation folks. This was my first trip and last.
I will drive to college station from now on.
