This Popshelf is such a fun store! They’ve got a great selection and really good prices, so it’s easy to find something you didn’t even know you needed. On top of that, the assistant manager Jetta was amazing super friendly and helpful the whole time. She made the shopping experience even better. Definitely coming back!

I love going to Pop Shelf!! The last few times that I went I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help looking or finding something! Every time I go, the same young lady always helps me.. her name is Jetta she’s funny and super friendly and helpful! Jetta makes me want to go back .. the customer service is great!!

I had a wonderful experience at Popshelf thanks to Jetta! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and went out of her way to assist me with finding exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but Jetta clearly does. She’s a true asset to the Popshelf team!

I had such a great experience at Popshelf thanks to Dennie and Jetta! Both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Be prepared to do your own shopping , however the items there are unique and I've found great birthday items here. They have balloons. Which us awesome since party city is gone.

Jetta is the Assistant Manager and she is great! She went above and beyond for us today airing up balloons without us even asking and spending a lot of time on our order...greatly appreciate her kindness and service. Another employee, Lakel, I believe, was also helpful - great work, Pop Shelf!
