Have only had a pedicure so I may come back and update this when I get a manicure down the road... [Updating to say April worked with me on a basic manicure and I HIGHLY recommend her! She's communicative and LOVES what she does, and you can tell in her work!] But this was one of the most relaxing pedicure experiences I have ever had. Good communication, exactly what I wanted for my toes, the fact that a drink is included in the price 😙🤌

Went in and asked how much for a mani ( refill ) the lady stated $60.00 - great let’s go - then when she stated she stated she could not do a refill and had to put on a new set - I said okay - well the below mani and pedi cost me $162.74 - then they looked bothered that I did not leave a tip - my tip for myself never go there again - waaay overpriced-

Huge shout out to Michael who did such a WONDERFUL job on my nails. He also made sure, throughout the process, that I was satisfied with the work he was doing. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone and would definitely come to see him, specifically, in the future

Had a birthday party for my daughter (7) here and oh my gosh they were on top of it for my little princess and her six friends!! The party room was perfect, they had five employees so there was very little wait time for the girls. It was better than even expected!! Plus their nails were perfect! Thank you!!!

Had 3 appointments and we waited 54 minutes past our appointment time for the first person to begin their treatments. Poor customer service.

I got my nails painted, with gel, the day before I left for vacation. Two days after they started chipping. While I was actually getting them done, the owner and another lady were extremely rude and rushing me for no reason. I was trying to decide what I wanted, but anytime I asked a question, the owner was very rude and short. Not helpful at all.

Never in my life have i been charged practically $90 for a short french tip set.
Quality is good, detail is good, but pricing is outrageous. I guess its my fault for not asking the price first. I figured 70ish dollars.

I’m a Pacific Northwest native! I was looking for a clean comfortable place to get nails and lashes done so I was super excited when I discovered POSH the customer service was good and for the most part, the services seem to be OK however, a few times I left there a little unsatisfied however, the management always went out their way to make things right! Unfortunately, The last services I received have probably been the worst services I’ve ever received and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and I’m over 40! I went in for a pedicure and fill using gel nail polish. 💅 However , the very next day my polish started to pill off something I’ve experienced this in the past but typically I go in and I’m able to get it fixed within a few days, however, this is a huge inconvenience for me I work 60 hours a week, I only get one day off and that’s the day I try to cram all of my beauty services in!
I absolutely love and adore the beauty industry I’m a proud graduate from the Aveda Institute in Seattle and I’m a proud Beauty changes lives contest winner! I take the beauty industry seriously!
So, Wednesday when I called, I explained that I got my nails done the previous Sunday and I would like to get them fixed and I also arranged for my lashes to get done. I left work early for these services; I get my lashes done however, I felt like the service was a little rushed and then when I was supposed to get my nails fixed, she told me that they were shorthanded and she was unable to fix them and that I needed to come back on Saturday once again I’m being inconvenience because my service was not done correctly the first time . I told her the only day that I can come back is probably Saturday Afternoon because of my tight work schedule however, by the time Saturday came around, I was extremely exhausted and I didn’t make my way there. I had a very important event on June 19th ( I was so embarrassed) and now I’m walking around looking like a complete fool with ugly, unpolished, broken nails, and lashes that look like Snuffleupagus! I’m an entrepreneur that’s new to the area. My nails and my face are important to me because they represent me and my brand and I like to speak highly about the places that I get my services done at because once again, I do value the beauty industry.
Another issue that I have is, I’ve noticed that when I use my debit card and that’s 90% of the time whomever decides to go back in and take out more money from what I originally tipped needs to STOP if I tip $10 that does not give one the right to go and tip $15 or $20 or if I decide not to tip at all, one should not have the audacity to tip themselves! I want my services redone correctly. I work entirely too hard for my money just for one to rush my services and don’t treat me like I’m NOT a valued client!
Shout out to Coco whenever you do my nails, you do an amazing job! Thank you! I see your passion in your work! Encourage your colleagues to do the same!

Posh is a fantastic Spa. Ask for Coco if your getting your nails done. Legit the best nails I have ever had. She is my new go to girl! She was very friendly and professional! Go to Posh today!!!
