Came in store today to try to purchase a pair of shoes with my employee discount and was told we needed to wait for a manager which is totally understandable, proceeded to wait approximately 20 minutes because she couldn’t come up once called from the walkie talkie, the employee working the register had to go get her because she was nowhere to be found. Only to wait to be greeted by a manager by the name of Angelina who was the upmost rude and condescending and worst customer service I have ever experienced after waiting she comes up and acts clueless about employee discounts as if she’s never heard of such a thing then said we have to purchase at full price because she’s not a real manager and doesn’t have the authority but processed a return for a customer right in-front of us. These are things managers should know, never once apologized or showed sympathy. The whole interaction was very disappointing, especially at a company that I’m employed at. Would not recommend this location but others are way better.

Manager was Rude and very unhelpful..I told her on Google it says the store closes at 9:30pm showed her the time and if its incorrect then it needs to be updated instead of having customers being turned away because of false advertisement.

Good selection of shoes, but the workers are something else. I ordered a 9 and a half pair and they replied that that model was not in that size so I took the photo to let them know that they have no interest in selling. She didn't lower them for me to buy them, the lady is simply not interested in selling

This place has a lot of variety of shoes from sandals to running shoes. They also have socks, shoelaces, and charm crocs. They always have great sales. customer service can improve. I truly enjoy coming here for the great sales.

Ok selection of shoes, do not carry many in a women's 5 1/2, need more variety of sizes.

Worst customer service possible, won’t let you even return shoes even after verifying wrong shoes size and they claimed to be “worn for some time” even though it’s been 2 days since the purchase.

Unprofessional staff, did not want to accept a return after shoes were “used” and it was bought two days ago, advice shoes were in that condition before it was purchased and had intention on buying a new pair plus an extra one but manager and worker simply did not accept that, will not be purchasing here anymore.

I don't shop at Rack Room often and I try to avoid Central Texas Marketplace at all costs but I really have to give Regina a shout out.Long story:My SIL gave me a pair of shoes for Christmas, which she bought in NC (tax free shopping), mailed out in MA, AND shipped in the Nike box itself (didn't put the shoe box in another box and then ship that.) She also put the shoes in the wrong box (same style, wrong color and size). Well, the shoes didn't fit so my husband went to Rack Room on 12/30/23 to make an exchange. The store was packed because they were running a buy-one-get-one-50%-off deal. Regina was the first person to help us at the register. We explained the already confusing situation to her and she got started on the exchange right away. My SIL didn't send the right gift receipt (ugh) and the exchange was difficult because NC is tax free while TX is not (boooo) and Rack Room did not have my size in the same shoe. Regina got everything all squared away, was able to get the tax situation fixed, and get the new pair ordered to the store -all while handling other customers as well. She was super friendly, energetic, and polite the whole time. I'll admit I had been dreading going into the store for the exchange but my husband and left commenting on how well everything went.Update to 1/4/23: the shoes arrived but the wrong size shoe arrived in the right size box. My husband didn't realize until he had arrived home. He went back to Central Texas Marketplace to get everything sorted out again and who was there to help? Regina! He said she was super friendly again, got everything taken care of quickly, and we have a new order placed. Hopefully this time the correct shoe size is in the box. Thank you Regina for all of the help!

Damn Johnie kicked me and my spouse out during Christmas shopping, maybe don’t apply for job if not willing to stay late. Find a real job if don’t like working extra minutes. Sad team lead and store lose 2 customers because cranky johnie
