I am 61 years old, I've been in the construction industry for 37 + years, I've worn red wings my whole life, the last few years I've noticed that the quality of the boots has diminished, don't last but maybe 5 months now and used to get at least a year or more out of a pair, I'm ashamed to say that this will be my last pair of red wings....customer service has always been outstanding no matter where I buy them though. I hope that red wing can do something to the quality of their product, I don't mind paying more for good quality footwear that lasts....

It blows my mind that a store would want you to pay around $300 for a pair of shoes or boots and not offer a decent warranty. 30 days is astonishing! I know of companies that make socks with better warranties and I'm serious.

Came to exchange boots under warranty and was denied because they're systems changed. I had receipt for proof and the guy had attitude like it was coming out of his check and told me he couldnt do anything about it. Ive worn red wings for 10 years and never had an issue with warranty exchanges. I guess the guy went back to playing video games in the back

Jose was so helpful and very attentive to us and our questions as well as our interests and concerns. Jose knew about WM and my certificate as well as the needs towards my job. My husband and I REFUSE to go to this store. We have given this store several chances and we ALWAYS leave upset and empty handed. People are rude, never have what you need or what you are looking for. Never offer to order what you want. We drive almost 2 hours to Bryan, TX to go to that store! That store is 5 stars! The only reason I give the waco store 1 star is because that's the lowest you can go.

I have a really hard time finding boots that fit me comfortable. Customer service was awesome. She explained so much to me. Helped me pick out the correct pair for my feet. I love my boots. I highly recommend giving them a try. I think you will be very impressed.

Harumi was extremely nice and helpful, didnt try to rush me even though i came in before they closed. This is my second time getting boots here and I'm very happy with what I buy. Red wing boots are always worth the price, and I'm not going anywhere else to buy my boots.
